Building On Purpose

Purposeful Church Development that serves your mission and maintains your commitment to stewardship

Building a new church facility can be an exciting time of growth in the life of your church. Yet without clear understanding of purpose and process, a new building program can be a frustrating and divisive experience. Here is what we'll discuss:

  • Strategic planning;
  • New building programming;
  • The master planning process;
  • How to get through zoning approvals;
  • Enlisting the services of an Architect;
  • Budgeting;
  • How to maintain capital stewardship;
  • Ideas for fund-raising;
  • How to get the financing you need,
  • Tips for selecting and working with your Contractor.
